At GOO GOO Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the hair extensions are in their original state, including the security seal; place the items securely in their original box with your order invoice.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your local courier; please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on the return reason.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
